I went for my first visit to Zazou today and I want to thank all of you at Zazou for giving me such a wonderful experience. I came out with a great haircut and highlights (I was a looking a little dowdy) and also had a great pedicure. My feet thank you.

I wanted to thank you SO much for the beautiful style and colour you gave me. I have never been so pleased with a change to my look. It is a dramatic difference but the feedback has been only positive. Kids absolutely love it - say I look younger (I like that!) and hubby thinks it is "beautiful"! Most importantly, I love it!! Appointment was on time, everyone was professional. It felt as though my stylist, Kim, had lots of time to spend on my hair. I liked the website… I am a new client, so it gave me time to browse over your services, and pick a stylist based on hours available and price point without having to ask too many questions

I wanted to pass along a thanks for the “extra” touches your salon offers it’s new clients….most notably, the thank you card I received in the mail today. If possible, will you please pass along a message to my stylist, Jennifer, who wrote a personal note in the card? Please let her know that I am definitely pleased with her suggestions for my hair cut – it’s made my hair a lot easier to take care of – and I will definitely be coming in to see her for regular touch ups!
